Job Description

As a Heat Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring product integrity through rigorous process control and technical problem solving.

You will deliver laboratory support within a high-specification manufacturing environment and own the methods used to ensure product integrity of components processed through Diffusion Bonding and Outgas furnaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and control the methods used to ensure product integrity of components processed through Diffusion Bonding and Outgas furnaces.
  • Analyze technical problems, apply sound engineering judgment, and document decisions with clarity and precision.
  • Interpret design and engineering requirements to ensure shop floor processes remain compliant with national and international standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience in cleanroom operations is preferred or willingness to work in such environments is required.

Familiarity with special processes such as heat treatment, diffusion bonding, and materials evaluation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of international quality standards and audit practices (e.g., NADCAP, ISO).
