A highly skilled Product Manager is required to lead the Medical Device portfolio in Southeast Asia.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will identify market trends, new product opportunities, and clinical trends through a high level of market presence and appropriate market research and competitor analysis.
- This position requires providing product-related support, resources, and direction to the sales team.
- The Regional Product Manager must ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and industry requirements for portfolio and product communications and activities.
- Ongoing assessment of MRP forecasts and stock ordering with the purchasing team is also required.
- The role involves identifying and managing stock turns, as well as slow-moving and excess stock.
- Managing and coordinating industry conferences in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Department is another key responsibility.
- Developing and initiating marketing campaigns and supporting marketing activities with customers are essential tasks.
- The successful candidate will assist in developing customized marketing materials for the Sales team and customers.
- Ensuring products meet local regulatory standards and healthcare regulations, including working with regulatory affairs teams for approvals and certifications, is crucial.

Requirements- Minimum 2 years' experience in Product Management within the medical devices/healthcare industry.
- Regulatory knowledge and expertise in medical device regulations.
- Proven ability to manage teams, conduct performance reviews, and drive employee engagement.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical teams, as well as external stakeholders like hospitals.
- Ability to develop and execute regional product strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and relationships.
- Strong skills in managing product lifecycles and multiple projects.
- In-depth knowledge of medical device technologies and clinical applications.
- Familiarity with regional healthcare systems and market trends.
- Experience leading teams through change and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience managing products across multiple regions or markets.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies for medical devices.
