We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our regional product portfolio, develop strategies and drive marketing efforts to ensure our leading position in the market.

Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product and technology needs, measuring opportunities and establishing business justification for new regional projects. You will work closely with sub-regions to create compelling business cases and contribute to the global product strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
- Technical background or B2B Marketing experience within the food or flavour industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical/innovation/R&D environment.
- Deep product knowledge and project management skills.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in a technical field (Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, etc.).
- Technical background or B2B Marketing and Commercial/Customer background within the food or flavour industry.
- Minimum 10 years in a technical/innovation/R&D environment, with a track record influencing commercial/marketing colleagues.
- Develop deep product knowledge, with experience working with people from technical, innovation, and commercial related backgrounds.
- Project management skills.
