Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR administrator to support day-to-day operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating employee activities, and ensuring smooth processes.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and documentation
- Assist in administering leave records, attendance, and benefits tracking
- Support payroll inputs and monthly reporting
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding process: prepare welcome kits, induction schedule, and IT/office access coordination
- Maintain records of new hires, exits, and transfers
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Help organize initiatives, company events, and wellness activities
- Maintain communication channels (e.g., notice boards, mailbox, newsletters)
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure processes comply with policies and statutory requirements
- Support audits and generate reports as needed
Ad-hoc Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in ad-hoc projects
- Act as liaison with vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant HR/admin experience; prior experience in a contract role is a plus
- Familiar with local labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Positive attitude, team player, and able to work independently
