Key Research Professional Role

We are looking for a key professional to join our research team as a Senior Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for executing bespoke research projects designed to help clients understand their brands, consumers and industries, and act on this understanding.
You will be part of a diverse and multinational team, working closely with colleagues to provide research-driven recommendations that map to clients' business goals. Your tasks will include independently and collaboratively executing research from data collection through to creating engaging and actionable narratives from insights.
A key aspect of the job is building a research/storytelling plan that maps to the brief, i.e., project objectives and timelines. You will also lead client meetings about data and insights, including results delivery presentations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to gather client requirements to scope small projects, with the possibility of contributing to and working towards scoping more complex ones. You should have experience working directly with clients and be able to think like a client, making recommendations based on business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of consumer research experience or data/statistical analysis, preferably with exposure to social media research. They should be business-, marketing- and social media-savvy, with confidence in business writing, client communication and presentation skills.
