Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • To conduct thorough assessments of foster care placements, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Participate in case reviews, working collaboratively with team members to develop strategies for enhancing foster care services.
  • Conduct regular home visits to assess placement safety and support child development.
  • Organize inter-agency efforts to promote child wellbeing and address any emerging concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessment findings, reports, and case reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social work, preferably in foster care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
