Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, clean, and visualize HR data to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making across HR functions
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, workforce trends, and DEI indicators
  • Support employee engagement initiatives through survey design, data analysis, and pulse checks
  • Contribute to ESG and DEI reporting, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
  • Drive efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and developing workflows using tools like Power Automate
  • Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored data solutions and clearly communicate insights that inform business strategy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of HR processes and metrics; experience with survey tools and automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with coding (R/Python) and advanced analytics techniques like regression or predictive modeling is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with a curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset
