Job Title: Strategic Process Lead

The ideal candidate will drive organizational excellence by spearheading process governance, standardization, and transformation to enhance overall operations, service quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Lead global process governance and standardization initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional process reengineering projects
  • Oversee BPM technology integration, including RPS, AI, and Process Mining
  • Initiate projects related to business processes, with a focus on Sales and Customer Service
  • Monitor Regional Offices' compliance with established business processes
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for processes to measure their effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain risk control frameworks, strategies, and action plans to minimize risks within business processes
  • Lead Change Management and training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
  • Over 10 years of experience in process management, process improvement, and enterprise transformation in the related domain, with at least 5 years or more in a senior management or leadership role
  • Deep understanding of business processes in the container shipping industry
  • Proven track record of owning and optimizing business processes across multiple functions or regions
  • Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in driving large-scale process transformation initiatives, including the use of automation and technology
  • Change management expertise, with the ability to lead teams through process improvements and transformations
  • Strong leadership skills in a matrix organization

Required Skills:

  • Project Management Skills or Qualifications (e.g., PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) or other process improvement methodologies
  • Change Management Certifications (e.g., CCMP, COPC)
