Job Title: Strategic Lead, Data and Process Excellence

The role of the Strategic Lead, Data and Process Excellence is to drive business process re-engineering and digitisation initiatives across the organisation. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Re-engineering & Digitisation
    • Lead the development and implementation of business process re-engineering and digitisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with technology teams to implement system enhancements and support system development projects.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
    • Work with large datasets to extract, collate, track and analyse data to inform business decisions.
    • Draw insights from data analysis to facilitate funding administration, risk management and process redesign.
    • Collate statistics and prepare information for reporting purposes.
  • Policy & Process Alignment
    • Review workflows and guidelines to ensure alignment with organisational policy and procedure.
    • Develop and maintain processes and operational policies to achieve high service standards.

Requirements:

  • Possess required competencies to execute job duties proficiently.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations or project management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, within a team, and across teams.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Tableau is preferred.
  • Preferred Experience: Knowledge of SkillsFuture Grants and Continuous Education Training and Industry experience.

Successful candidates will be offered a contract that aligns with organisational needs.
