About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Executive to join our team at Genetec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving channel sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales and business growth with our channel partners
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within our channel partner accounts
  • Proactively assess and validate partner needs to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Coordinate technical training and support to ensure partner success
  • Host sales training and product demonstrations to educate partners on our solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on company goals and objectives
  • Responsible for channel recruitment and mapping of solution, strength and industry vertical focus
  • Meet country manager sales objectives by building channel sales pipeline, preparing forecasts and budgets, and analyzing variances
About You
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in the security or IT industry, with a strong understanding of VMS, Access Control, or PSIM systems
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Proven sales achievement and track record, with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a complex sales environment and establish strong relationships with customers and partners
