Channel Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Executive to join our team at Genetec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving channel sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales and business growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within channel partner accounts
- Proactively assess and validate partner needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate technical training and support to ensure partner success
- Host sales training and demos to showcase Genetec's product portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on company goals and objectives
- Responsible for channel recruitment and mapping of solution, strength and industry vertical focus
- Meet country manager sales objectives by building channel sales pipeline and preparing forecasts and budgets
- Minimum 6 years' experience in the security or IT industry with VMS, Access Control, or PSIM system
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in the security or IT industry with ability to maintain contacts at different levels
- Ability to work in a complex sales environment and establish good relationships with customers, integrators, and consultants
- Proven sales achievement and track record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
