Job Description

We are looking for an experienced account manager to manage and nurture relationships with key clients, including NTUC and Sheng Siong.

This role requires the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the retail and supermarket sectors.

You will understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance product offerings.

The successful candidate will prepare and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals successfully is also a key responsibility.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through excellent customer service is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in account management, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector (experience with NTUC and Sheng Siong accounts preferred).
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • A proven track record in managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
