Senior F&B Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior F&B Assistant to join our organization at Oasia Hotel Novena Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review banquet event orders and ensure all special requests are met.
  • Complete opening and closing side work as assigned, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Anticipate and meet guests' requirements before they request it, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Serve and clear food and beverage items with a smile and in a professional manner.
  • Assist with organizing and setting up events, ensuring everything is perfect for our guests.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel banquet services.
  • A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
