Immersive Experience Host

Job Description:

You will facilitate our physically challenging activity experience in Orchard. The goal is to provide an immersive and fun experience for groups up to 8 participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a fun and engaging briefing to customers before the game starts
  • Assist customers in making or amending bookings in the booking system
  • Monitor customers in the game rooms and provide assistance when needed
  • Cashiering duties
  • Attend to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the game

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Able to commit at least 2 days a week and work weekends/public holidays
  • Must be able to demonstrate games if required
