Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in facilitating immersive and fun physically challenging activity experiences.

Some of your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, briefing, and facilitating games
  • Delivering engaging briefings to customers
  • Assisting customers with booking and amending bookings in the system
  • Monitoring customers during games and providing assistance when needed
  • Demonstrating games to customers as required
  • Cashiering duties
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone or in-person
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment

This is a brand new fun and thrilling, physically challenging activity experience located in Orchard (nearest MRT: Somerset). As part of our team, you will facilitate heart-pounding experiences for groups up to 8 participants in immersive and fun physical challenges. Our games are designed for participants aged 6 and above and are suitable for bonding with friends, sharing laughs with family, or building camaraderie with coworkers.
