Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the development of our FinTech projects.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of various FinTech applications
  • Ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and ongoing improvements
  • Participate in key project activities such as Market Research, Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Implementation
  • Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to guide product decisions
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business objectives
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating product performance after launch
  • Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks
  • Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Executive in the FinTech - Trading industry
  • Knowledge with software development and web technologies will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Chinese-speaking clients
