We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Trade Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing daily Trade Operations transactions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and performing day end reconciliation of transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, particularly in Trade Services. They will also possess functional knowledge or experience in back office support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
The role requires the candidate to be meticulous, alert, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel. Additionally, they will need to be able to work extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and holidays, and meet various currency cutoff times with zero error rate.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, particularly in Trade Services.
- Functional knowledge or experience in back office support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
