At the forefront of laboratory innovation, we seek a skilled Senior Laboratory Specialist to spearhead our chemistry and microbiology testing services. This dynamic role demands a seasoned professional with expertise in routine testing procedures, equipment validation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex microbiology/chemistry testing services utilizing established protocols.
  • Support testing operations by collaborating with scientists on validation/revalidation activities for critical systems and sterilization equipment.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations and document findings; collaborate with colleagues on root cause analysis for product/sample failures and out-of-specifications (OOS).
  • Validate and re-validate laboratory equipment according to established protocols.
  • Update operating procedures and validation protocols/reports as needed.
  • Enter data and analyze trends of routine microbial/chemistry testing results for review by scientists.
  • Review and adhere to work instructions and SOPs, ensuring traceability in device history records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NITEC or equivalent in a related science field, with 3 years of laboratory experience.
  • Higher NITEC or equivalent in a related science field, with 2 years of laboratory experience.
  • Associate's Degree or Diploma in a related science field, with 1 year of laboratory experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related science field.
