Painting Technician Job Description

We are seeking a Painting Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on finishing work, ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality, durability, and presentation.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Carry out product finishing, including painting, coating, and touch-ups.
  • Prepare surfaces through cleaning, priming, and minor repairs.
  • Maintain consistency and quality of finishes across batches.
  • Operate and maintain painting tools, spray equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  • Follow company safety protocols for handling paints and solvents.
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in painting, coating, or finishing (craft, ceramics, furniture, décor preferred).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a steady hand.
  • Physical Demands: Physically fit for hands-on and repetitive tasks.
  • Team Player: Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
