We are seeking a highly skilled Painter to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional painting services that meet the highest standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers. You will also mix and apply paints, varnishes, sealants, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
  • Mix and apply paints, varnishes, sealants, and protective coatings.
  • Perform touch-ups, retouching, and repair works as required.
  • Protect non-paintable areas with masking tape, drop cloths, or protective coverings.
  • Ensure proper color matching and smooth finishing.
  • Maintain painting tools, spray guns, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow safety procedures, especially when working at heights, with chemicals, or in confined spaces.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Painter in construction or industrial projects. You should be familiar with different types of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods. Physical fitness is essential, as you will be working at heights, on scaffolding, or outdoors.
