Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to lead our commercial operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, contracts, and tendering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing RFQs, tenders, purchase orders, and subcontractor processes. They will also be involved in compiling service reports, performing other ad-hoc responsibilities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage RFQs, tenders, purchase orders, and subcontractor processes
  • Compile service reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as delegated by the Commercial Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent
  • Experience:
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial, contracts, or tendering roles, preferably within construction, marine, or oil & gas sectors
  • Skills:
  • Strong grasp of tendering procedures, contractual terms, and commercial negotiations
  • Skilled in preparing, reviewing, and submitting quotations, proposals, and contractual documents
