Job Title: Community Care Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Care Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and services to seniors in need.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Centre Operations Management: Ensure smooth and efficient centre operations, including maintenance of assets, IT devices, and equipment, as well as cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Programme Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement annual calendars of health and social activities for seniors, promoting engagement and participation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in community care or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
