Case Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to manage and coordinate case referrals, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, transporting, and processing seizures, as well as handling all relevant paperwork and documentation associated with these cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, transport, and process seizures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Receive, sort, and conduct preliminary checks on seizures, where applicable.
  • Ensure all seizures are secured in designated storage facilities on the same day.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with law enforcement agencies or similar organizations.
  • Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual lifting tasks (approximately 15kg).
