Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist to manage injury cases from initial client contact to case resolution. This role offers a valuable opportunity to work closely with our legal team in a supportive, professional, and client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling personal injury files from pre-litigation to settlement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist lawyers in managing personal injury cases from initial client contact to case resolution.
  • Organize, maintain, and update case files and medical records.
  • Liaise with clients, insurance companies, medical institutions, and other relevant parties.
  • Schedule appointments, court dates, and maintain litigation calendars.
  • Support in trial preparation and hearing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to case management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
