HR Support Specialist

As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a real difference.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our employees, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, leave and benefits administration, and employee engagement. They will also coordinate and support staff training initiatives, manage work pass processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and selection of top talent
- Onboarding and offboarding of new employees
- Leave and benefits administration
- Employee engagement and training
- Work pass management and compliance
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has excellent communication skills and can work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and office administration, as well as a diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
