Clinical Technology Technician

As a Clinical Technology Technician, your role involves performing a variety of routine and complex tasks related to the inspection, calibration, maintenance, and repair of various clinical equipment.

You will assist in the day-to-day functions of the Clinical Technology department and play a key role in mentoring and training other technicians in the field.

To excel in this position, you are expected to hold an Associate degree or higher in a relevant field, although a bachelor's degree is preferred.

You should have a minimum of eight years of related experience and possess strong technical skills and knowledge in biomedical equipment maintenance.

Holding a Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) certification is preferred for this role.

You will interact regularly with department managers, equipment users, physicians, and administrative staff to address service-related issues and provide necessary support.

Staying updated on technological advancements and operational changes within the department is crucial.

You are expected to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting the Director, Lead Technician, hospital staff, and fellow technicians, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

This position requires flexibility in working hours, and you are expected to adhere to the standards set by the organization.

As a full-time employee, you will work day shifts on a regular basis to ensure the smooth functioning of the Clinical Technology department.
