Cardiovascular Care Specialist

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing critical care to patients with acute and chronic cardiorespiratory conditions. This includes administering advanced life support, managing ventilators, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and participating in airway procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administering oxygen therapy, medication, and mechanical ventilation as prescribed by physicians.
  2. Maintaining patient airways and supporting respiratory function through suctioning, intubation, and extubation.
  3. Initiating and titrating assisted ventilation, monitoring patient responses, and making adjustments accordingly.
  4. Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including CPR and AED usage.
  5. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Respiratory Therapist licensure or registration.
  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and patient education.
