Service Crew Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Crew member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Crew Leader
  • Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to customers
  • Food Preparation and cooking a wide variety of food offered in the outlet
  • Prepare beverages
  • Perform cashiering duties
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Clean up tables immediately after customers have left
  • Attend and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally
  • Maintain strong hygiene and safety standards
  • Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth operations of the outlet
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning and washing duties, including sweeping, mopping, and stewarding duties

Requirements:
  • Entry level candidates are welcomed
  • Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
  • Basic PC literacy
  • Good Customer Service skills
