
Executive Leader in CRM Management

This role involves working as a senior executive in managing CRM systems. The successful candidate will have experience in implementing and maintaining CRM solutions, with a focus on improving user journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with external vendors to plan, test, and implement new UI/UX improvements and features that elevate the user journey.
- Conduct regular audits of the app to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor apps, and CRM/loyalty program best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen app performance, adoption, and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for app-related issues raised by users and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions with vendors to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Support setup, testing, and execution of marketing and CRM campaigns within the app.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to track performance, generate reports, and optimize future activations.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and sales trends within the app.
- Generate timely reports and actionable insights to guide marketing strategies and business decisions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve campaign effectiveness and app engagement based on data-driven findings.
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM systems management and data analysis.
- Confident working with CRM platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge marketing needs with technical solutions.
