Food Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to implement and maintain our Food Quality and Safety Management System.

  • Maintain and implement the Food Quality and Safety Management System.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct routine validation inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate and report on nonconformances and customer returns.
  • Assist in preparation for audits and reviews.
  • Participate in internal audits and design development programs.
  • Perform monthly lab tests, data analysis, and quality reports.
  • Liaise with authorities and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Food Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of QA experience in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems.
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is required.
  • ISO 22000/HACCP Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
