Regional Operations Coordinator Southeast-Asia Pacific

The Regional Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Southeast Asia-Pacific region, providing expert coordination and operational support to the regional management team. The primary objective is to ensure seamless central coordination support to regional and country programs in grant proposal development, management, and reporting, donor compliance, knowledge management, implementation tracking, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective coordination and operational support to the SEAP Regional Director and team.
- Support the SEAP Regional Director and team in building collaborative relationships with WCS Global staff.
- Pursue strategic partnerships with government entities, donors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to prepare timely grant reports, proposals, and communications with donors.
- Work closely with country teams to coordinate and support cross-cutting technical assistance.
- Identify and pursue agreed fund-raising opportunities.
- Assist the Regional Director in prioritizing strategic initiatives across regions.
Program Development and Management
- Support field teams in developing funding project workplans.
- Oversee a MEAL approach to support program implementation.
- Ensure alignment of policies and procedures across the region through collaboration with WCS departments.
- Assist HR teams in developing Terms of References, contract review, and staff onboarding.
