Full-Time Mandarin Language Lead

This position is ideal for a qualified and experienced educator who can lead full-class Mandarin lessons independently, engage with international families, and contribute to a collaborative teaching team.
Responsibilities:- Plan and co-develop curriculum with the English co-lead and class assistant
- Facilitate play-based, inquiry-driven Mandarin Chinese learning
- Maintain classroom documentation (biweekly updates, journaling)
- Host parent-teacher meetings and school events
- Engage confidently with non-Chinese-speaking parents at pickup/drop-off
- ECDA-recognised L2 certification (Chinese Language track)
- Minimum 3 years' preschool classroom experience (group-based only)
- Prior experience in an international preschool is required
- Confident in leading full-class Mandarin lessons independently
- Strong spoken English — must be able to host parent meetings and school events independently
- Familiar with inquiry-based learning (Reggio, Montessori preferred)
- Full-time, on-site position with stable, fixed hours
