We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a Mandarin Language Educator. As a key member of our enrichment center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Mandarin language instruction to children aged 4-6.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Design and deliver engaging Mandarin language lessons that cater to the needs of young learners;
- Follow our established curriculum while incorporating creative adaptations to enhance student engagement;
- Monitor and support each child's language development through regular progress assessments;
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's Mandarin language progress;
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment that fosters learning and growth.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- A diploma in Chinese Studies, Education, or a related field from a recognized institution;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Mandarin to young children in a group setting;
- Strong spoken Mandarin skills, with the ability to interact confidently with children and parents;
- Familiarity with Singapore's early childhood or lower primary Chinese curriculum is an asset.
