Teaching Mandarin to Young Learners

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Mandarin Language Instructor. This is a full-time, direct-hire role that requires the teacher to deliver engaging Mandarin enrichment classes to children aged 4–6, following our structured curriculum with room for creative adaptation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Mandarin, excellent communication skills, and experience teaching young children. A Diploma in Chinese Studies, Education, or related field from a Singapore-recognised institution is required, along with at least two years' experience teaching Chinese to young children in a group setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Mandarin lessons to small groups of children
  • Track and support each child's language development
  • Provide regular Mandarin updates to parents
  • Maintain a calm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
