About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams.
You will be the first point of contact for public inquiries, complaints, and feedback, handling phone calls, filing, scanning, and maintaining up-to-date file records.
Additionally, you will support project teams with administrative/clerical duties, arrange site inspections, draft and reply to feedback/queries, and establish and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office, able to work independently and in a team, and possesses good public relations skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to project teams
- Handle public inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Support project teams with administrative/clerical duties
- Arrange site inspections and draft replies to feedback/queries
- Maintain good relationships with stakeholders
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
- Specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
