Job Title: Pricing Expert

Pricing and Profitability Manager Job Description:

This is a senior management role in which you will support the development of pricing strategies for global and regional tenders. Your key responsibilities will include gathering service requirements and key inputs to inform pricing decisions, collaborating with sales teams to align on pricing direction, and conducting profitability assessments and benchmarking against competitors and internal data.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing deep cost analysis to determine customer-specific service needs and associated costs, preparing pricing proposals in standard formats, and tracking performance of pricing strategies through win/loss reviews and post-implementation analysis. You will also analyze customer profitability, identify gaps, and propose actionable improvements.

Furthermore, you will develop and enhance tools and processes for rate setting, benchmarking, and profitability simulation, provide training and share best practices with internal teams to boost pricing capabilities, and act as the go-to contact for pricing support on high-value, multi-country bids. Additionally, you will contribute to special projects and join pricing review boards when needed.
