Pricing and Payment Expert

As a Pricing and Payment Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing and managing transactions with customers. This involves scanning goods, collecting payments, and issuing receipts, refunds, and changes. You will also be expected to resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transactions with customers using point-of-sale systems.
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
  • Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and changes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide assistance to customers.
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage point-of-sale processes.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
