Global Pricing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Pricing Specialist to join our team.

  1. Pricing Strategy & Development

    The successful candidate will be responsible for defining pricing requirements for tenders, analyzing profitability, and benchmarking against market and competitors.

    • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that drive business growth.
    • Analyze customer-specific cost structures and prepare consolidated pricing documents.
    • Ensure consistent pricing across customers, products, and markets.
  2. Performance & Analysis

    The Global Pricing Specialist will evaluate bid outcomes, perform profitability analysis, and conduct post-implementation reviews of rate performance.

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize pricing strategy.
    • Conduct complex cost analyses and maintain accurate databases for customer pricing.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in pricing processes.
  3. Process Improvement

    The role requires the ability to develop tools, procedures, and training to enhance efficiency in pricing processes.

    • Streamline pricing processes through automation and technology enhancements.
    • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  4. Advisory & Support

    The Global Pricing Specialist will act as a pricing expert and global/regional contact point, providing input to Tender Review Boards and participating in ad hoc projects.

    • Provide strategic pricing advice to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Support country-level pricing on large bids and multi-country/region projects.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of pricing initiatives.
