Job Overview:

The Bridge Employment Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the pipeline of engaged employers offering suitable and sustainable employment opportunities is healthy.

This specialist develops and implements strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives to identify, seek out, engage and sensitise employers in relevant sectors to offer sustained job opportunities for clients.

Closely working with the Bridge Employment team, this role refines career coaching services to promote behavioural change in clients towards job seeking. Regularly reviewing implementation plans with the Monitoring & Evaluation manager ensures alignment with organisational goals.

As part of the management team, this role represents the organisation at events, builds partnerships, and supports board sub-committee meetings, taking collective ownership for successful management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employer engagement strategies
  • Refine career coaching services to promote behavioural change in clients
  • Work closely with the Monitoring & Evaluation manager to review and refine implementation plans
  • Represent the organisation at events, build partnerships and support board sub-committee meetings
