We are a leading employment agency specializing in the recruitment and placement of foreign workers across various industries. We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Employment Specialists.
As an Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various job positions. You will help coordinate interviews between employers and foreign candidates, handle basic administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry, and liaise with local and overseas agents regarding candidate status and documentation.
In addition, you will support in handling applications for work permits, visas, and other relevant approvals. You will maintain candidate and client databases, attend to inquiries from employers and workers as needed, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our agency.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
