Operations Cleanliness Manager

The ideal candidate will serve as a Cleanliness Operations Manager, overseeing daily cleaning operations across assigned sites. This involves ensuring a smooth workflow, assigning and monitoring duty schedules, and conducting regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key responsibilities include enforcing compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental standards, preparing and submitting operational reports accurately and on time, and attending to client and stakeholder feedback or issues promptly.
Additional duties may include supporting site-level recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, as well as standing in to perform hands-on cleaning duties when required.
