About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and skilled individual to join our team as a Cleanliness and Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the linens section, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Manage the overall daily operations of the linens section, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all linens meet our high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Assign and instruct team members on their work responsibilities and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Scheduling and Duty Allocation: Assign schedules and duties to laundry staff based on business needs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment and selection of laundry personnel.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Minimum PSLE qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with operational backgrounds from other industries are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve excellent results.
