Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished commercial leader to head our Asia Pacific Logistics operations in Singapore. This key role will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of a comprehensive commercial strategy that drives revenue growth, profitability targets, and market share expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors, with a strong track record in business development, team leadership, and customer relationship management. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading regional sales teams, building and maintaining key customer relationships, and overseeing pricing, contract negotiations, and tender management.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and report on commercial performance, sales pipeline, and market developments. A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is essential, along with 15+ years of relevant commercial experience.
