We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Manager to oversee the handling and processing of general insurance and staff benefits claims.
This key role involves ensuring accurate and timely claims resolution, managing claims processing workflows, and communicating with employees, brokers, and insurers to resolve claims-related queries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance policies, claims procedures, and relevant regulations. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process general insurance and staff benefits claims from initial receipt to final resolution.
- Review and assess claims for accuracy and completeness, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and claim resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide claims support and guidance, ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or degree in a field such as business administration, risk management, or insurance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in claims management, preferably in the general insurance industry.
