Job Title: Offshore Heavy Lift Operations Manager

This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee shift operations and ensure seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shift activities and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Evaluate procedures and inspect modules, sea fastening, and barges for readiness.
  • Inspect vessels and supporting structures for readiness, including welding, cutting, scaffolding, tools, and containers.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a deck foreman, shift supervisor, or barge foreman in offshore heavy lift works is necessary.
  • Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred due to the need to interface with local teams.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills are required to work effectively with international teams.

Operational Timeline:

  • Procedure and procurement review will be conducted from October 6th to 19th.
  • Modules familiarization will take place from October 20th to 23rd.
  • Vessel familiarization will occur from December 10th to 13th.
  • Vessel mobilization is scheduled for December 29th to 30th.
  • Bridge loadout preparation will be from December 31st to January 14th.
  • Vessel infield works will take place from January 15th to 24th.
  • Sign off will be on January 27th.
