About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting for SEAO subsidiaries.
- Identify cost drivers and explain variances from rolling forecasts.
- Aggregate large data sets from subsidiaries across Southeast Asia to create sales & profit, overhead reports, etc.
- Liaise with subsidiary teams and regional product managers to uncover P&L variances.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an active listener and presenter who can articulate vision and goals with clarity and passion. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate effectively across business units, geographies, and cultures, requiring frequent business trips and in some cases, extended business trips to overseas within Southeast Asia and Oceania.
