The Product Director will lead the development of our company's overall product portfolio, requiring a strategic and innovative approach. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the research, planning, and organizational design of our key product lines, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

This role involves defining the product roadmap, leading product research, planning, and launch activities, and driving the design and implementation of our products to enhance their competitiveness from both product and technical perspectives.

You will also build, train, and manage a high-performing product team, organize and conduct product training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with other departments to plan and execute brand promotion activities.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with experience working with top-tier brands
  • Proven track record in successful product planning, with expertise in POS product experience (ECR or AIDC)
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, with the ability to accurately identify user needs
  • Strong logical thinking and leadership skills to establish product strategy, market positioning, and core value propositions
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
