Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and transformation expertise to drive business growth.

Job Description:

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with the organization's business goals. They will identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across business units and regions, and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on transformation strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, change management, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
