Job Title: Virtual Space Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D designer to join our team. As a Virtual Space Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising, executing and implementing innovative design ideas in collaboration with the Lead Designer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of brilliant ideas and skilful execution that demonstrates expertise in 3D design. They must have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a keen interest in trends, popular culture and multimedia technology.

The scope of work includes:

  • Conceptualising, executing and implementing creative ideas in collaboration with the Lead Designer.
  • Space planning in collaboration with the Lead Designer.
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, clients for the development and execution of the design for all projects.
  • Preparing and producing 2D drawings, photorealistic 3D renderings and construction drawing details.
  • Working with 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, V-Ray and other related software to render detailed 3D, set visuals and layout plans.

Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 3 ~ 5 years' experience in interior and commercial design.
  • A minimum of Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Experience in layout and colour theory.
  • Creative and innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts and prepare efficient layout solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A keen interest in trends, popular culture and multimedia technology.
