• As a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and marketing functions for multiple small businesses. This role requires a hands-on creative individual who excels in dynamic environments and can effectively manage design and strategy from inception to completion.Operating as a Marketing Department of One, you will be tasked with managing various aspects such as websites, digital assets, email campaigns, SEO efforts, and more for a diverse range of private practices and boutique companies.Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining engaging, responsive websites utilizing WordPress and Elementor, creating visually appealing flyers, digital assets, social media graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, producing branded content and marketing materials for conferences, promotions, and digital campaigns, managing email funnels and newsletters through platforms like Constant Contact, implementing SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking, as well as overseeing marketing and design requirements for multiple businesses concurrently.The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter with a Marketing Director mindset, demonstrating initiative, effective strategizing, and independent execution. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently while ensuring top-notch quality. Additionally, you should be open to feedback and confident in presenting your work effectively.Requirements for this position include a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and website development, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, expertise in WordPress and Elementor, a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for private practices or small businesses, familiarity with email marketing platforms (preferably Constant Contact), strong copywriting and editing skills would be advantageous, and a mandatory requirement of SEO knowledge and experience.,
